: We charge a fixed monthly fee. The amount depends on the number of employees and the plan you select. Moodup can also be billed on an annual basis, in which case there is a 10% discount.
: The free trial has no time limit and there is no credit card required. Use it to explore the dashboard, preview surveys, invite other managers, and import your organization's employees. You cannot send live surveys during the trial. You need to activate a paid plan to deliver your first survey.
: No. There is no setup fee, delivery fee for emails/text messages, overage fees or anything else.
: Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged again, and you will continue to have access to the dashboard until the end of your billing period.
: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can also change the number of employees in your plan at any time. You will be charged the new amount on your next billing cycle.
: Yes. We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is stored in the EU and is encrypted both during transit and at rest.
